We are a grass roots group organized to help the many homeless cats and kittens in Clinton County, NY.
We are looking for volunteers! To volunteer with us, please fill out this form and send it to us either by email, text, or in person at one of our adoption events.
Our Mission
Improving the well-being of cats in the community by supporting adoption and stabilizing the stray population.
Support can be in the form of money donated, becoming a foster home, volunteering in a variety of other ways. Monetary donations can be mailed to Cats Rescue & Adoption Services, P.O. Box 2341, Plattsburgh, NY 12901
