If you are planning on adopting through us, you can fill out the application ahead of time so that you are pre-approved before visiting one of our in-person adoption events. This can streamline the process and make it easier to pick out and take home your new companion on the same day.
There is a two page adoption application available below, or you can pick one up at PetSmart in Plattsburgh. Once it is filled out there are few ways to get it to us.
- Hand it in to one of our volunteers during one of our adoption events in PetSmart.
